try Gua Sha to reduce swelling on your jawline and tapering and thinning your brows a little bit (1-2%).
no need to cut any harder, you're already cut enough. train front delts more as well as upper head of your pectorals and lats. everything else is good, keep your hair above shoulder height (below shoulder length) and take inspiration from Sub Urban (singer) (will add more examples) for hair styling. if you haven't already try getting a volumizing hairspray as well as a hair mask.
