I hear you, but it’s necessary for my mandible to moved foward and again I’m not planning on doing any of this surgically. I’m gonna opt for non surgical means ie an expander and braces/invaslign

Braces and palate expanders mostly just move your teeth (unless you're under 13), they aren't magic and probably won't do much to your jaws

I’m talking about widening my palate due to it being narrow and I’m referencing MSE which are for adults. I’m 21 and I think my sutures are partially fused due to the midline in my upper palate having bit of a zig-zag pattern

Tired of being called ugly man. Also due to by recessed maxilla I have difficulty sleeping due to blocked nasal passages which is a symptom of sleep apena
