It also looks like you struggle with water retention in your face ( you can see it in the sagging around your nasal area, eyes, and the corners of your mouth. Really try to drink a bit more than the recommended 7 glasses. However, if you still eat like shit constantly, you won't see results for months. So just try to cut 25% of the artificial sugars you're currently consuming and 30% of the sodium.
