It's a net gain. You need the clasts anyway and you're avoiding resorption with the cat k inhib while also getting blast formation via PTH/PTH1R

Possibly can use tren for sclerostin inhibition via GR antagonism

But romosozumab also works. But androgens are just preferred because if tren can do that and also activate AR, enhance mechanotransduction and all that, why waste money on romo?
