Weight loss methods
(from my experience only, your experience may be different)
Normie method
(Calorie deficit and exercise) - Rating 7.5/10
-Side effects: Feeling weaker
-Comments: Works but torture
DNP or 2-4 Dinitrophenol - Rating 9/10
(Uncouples mitochondria, Stops ATP production, Energy is instead released as heat increasing your metabolic rate significantly)
-Side effects: Hot asf, Dehydrated, Dizzy and Zero energy, Difficult to sleep, Urine and Semen discoloration.
-Comments: Best thing for rapid, instant and mostly fat loss. Side effects suck but you only have to run it for 2 weeks. Lost about 7-8 pounds in 8 days (had to quit early due to unrelated allergies)
Retatrutide - Rating 9/10
(Triple receptor agonist, GLP,GIP & Glucagon receptor agonists. Reduces appetite, Makes you fuller for longer and easier, secretes insulin and helps with insulin sensitivity. Also promotes lipolysis and helps burn more calories at rest)
-Side effects: None
-Comments: Just named the fat loss benefits but it’s a lot more complex than that. I will definitely run it indefinitely and it’s the best peptide ever. The appetite suppression isn’t overly strong like Sema or Tirz but you can always add cagrilintide for extra suppression, either way it mogs both.
T3/T4 - Rating 6.5/10
(Increases metabolic rate, burning extra calories at rest)
-Side effects: Increased heart rate
-Comments: By itself it’s not worth it similar to clen. Combined with a GLP it could be useful to burn some extra calories. It’s not a lot and you will definitely feel your heart rate go up. Just mediocre there’s better options, i’d rather just run a DNP cycle combined with T3 and a GLP.
Debloating methods
(from my experience only, your experience may be different)
Potassium - Rating 1/10
Comments: Giga cope did nothing for me
Furosemide - Rating 8.9/10
(loop diuretic that excretes water through your kidneys leading to an increase in urine production which rapidly flushes out fluid & electrolytes)
-Side effects: Dizziness, Rapes your kidneys if used too often, fucked my eye area.
-Comments: Taken 100mg and it made me dizzy asf. Enhances everything but will make your eye area look worse as it drains all the water from your eye leading to more UEE. Dose properly so your eyes don’t look like shit.
Eplerenone - Rating 8.5/10
(Antagonizes aldosterone which retains sodium and fluid. Is also a potassium sparing diuretic, which means you don’t need to supply electrolytes. More of a overtime diuretic used for long term)
Side effects: Slight dizziness for the first hour.
Comments: I take 25mg every morning and helps me manage bloat from everything i’m taking.
