on a serious note i feel like its hard to rate mascs, because we take dimorphism into account when rating girls vs guys. the issue is that mascs have to max out their dimorphism with female features so its a very blurred line

Are you trying to look more masc or feminine? Regardless of that, some softmaxxes would be thickening your eyebrows and coloring them in (with dye or eyebrow pencil)
I'm not sure what products thicken eyebrows so go ask mfs that

I also think you should lengthen your lashes even if you're trying to look masc. Some guys try to have longer lashes too (think like clavicular)
So maybe clear mascara or just curling them a tad
