Anybody in the Uk around Surrey know any good farms to get raw milk and meat and organs
If not from there how can i find some

buy your meat and organs at a normal grocery store tbh, for the raw milk just go to any local farmer and ask if you can get it fresh

it's cope, I ate grocery stuff raw and never got sick

any super market with a large meat section will most likely have beef liver, which is the best organ meat anyways the other ones are cope besides brain and blood
