Really weird question pls help

I have two main very big very random insecuritys
Ignoring the first
The 2nd is my feet
I have really ugly feet i think, i have ideal sizing and arch and stuff but between my big toe and my second toe theres a reall large gap, id say even a full inch
How the fuck do i get rid of it bro plsplspsls
Would foot binding help?
Wearing smaller shoes?
Any kinda surgery??

Our parents agreed to sign the forms to let us marry when i turned 16 and we both had 1500$ real diamond rings i worked 3 jobs to save up for
Ive been raising myself fully since i was 8 years old, i was homeless at 14, living alone for a year at 15, i really am not like other teenagers and i dont consider myself one
