How do you stop a chin from getting more recessed?

I tried mewing but my nose just whistles pretty much and I can barely breathe. I also don’t have good control over my tongue to rest it at the top.

P.S. I’m 17 so no surgery yet prolly. Looking for something temp before I get sliding genioplasty a few years from now

When you realize chin tucking and mewing is cope, start saving money for genioplasty.
You can also try to get a massive facial bloat to hide your facial deformities(balloonmax?).

I can breathe through it easily normally but not when i put my head back in good posture and make sure my lips are completely sealed.

avoid mouth breathing and have good posture, its very unlikely your chin will become more recessed unless your young, like 15 years old and only mouth breath with bad posture.

I'm 17. I honestly used to think I nose breathed, but if I seal my lips and stand in good posture my nose just squeaks pretty much.

your most likely fine, at 17 your chin wont get worse as long as you dont mouth breath, i would maybe go to a doctor about your nose, maybe theres something blocking it.
