mid face implants or fillers dont really give forward growth, best they can do is improve the appearance of projection,

yeah its an imitation but invasive and expensive surgery isn't what she needs imo she's still gl js a little autistic over her appearance

they would only be actually useful If she had a recessed maxilla, flat zygos or infrorbital issues, but in her case the only thing she could do to actually fix her maxilla is surgeries like lefort,

im confused ive always seen my face as pretty flat. in the pic i posted i think it looks better than my side profile pics from a few months ago bc my face is a lot leaner but it still looks decently flat to me. maybe dysmorphia or smth

The facial convexity angle is not the best way to calculate maxillary recession. Other ratios say otherwise

Too lazy to put in the exact degrees,but it’s definitely not a projected maxilla especially in the upper region you can see it by nose bridge.
My projection for example is way steeper
