ur eye brows and eyebrows will become more positive tilted if u get those surgeries recommended by realself doctor

but you'd benefit much more by getting infraorbital-malar implants and fat loss
and u should get hair transplant too
I was thinking of forehead reduction aswell, but since I have an oblong face shape it might ruin my symmetry. What do you think?

hair transplant as u have male patterned baldness and they don't usually perform forehead reduction on people who have MPB

After I would have hair transplant would a forehead reduction work, or woukd it ruin my symmetry? I ask about my symmetry because I think that the thirds of my face are almost the same length(apologies if I didn't make sense).

it has to work and ur hairline would prolly be made symmetrical by hair surgeons

but i don't thinks its worth it to get both

not much to do, your face is already mature and you are pretty good looking, so shouldnt be worrying about your face that much

still you could try losing facial fat by going on runs, going to the gym, basically staying active.

also eat well, good amounts of proteins and less salt
