Skincare routine in January: Cetaphil facial cleanser
Skincare routine now: Cetaphil facial cleanser, CeraVe moisturizer, The Ordinary volufilline under eyes, The Ordinary brow and lash serum on brows and lashes (recently switched brow serum brands), Strawberry skincare on arms and legs
Makeup routine in January includes: false lashes, eyeliner, mascara, concealer, blush, white highlight on inner corners, eyeshadow
Makeup routine now includes: concealer, mascara, slight eyeshadow on lateral canthus, slight outline with eyebrow pen (only until they grow out fully)
Gym routine in January: go whenever you feel like it, walk/jog on treadmill no incline until it auto shuts off after an hour
Gym routine now: 2/3x a week, incline 6.5 speed 3.2 for an hour (have been slacking due to personal reasons though yikes)
Diet in January: whatever lol
Diet now: Maintain at or under 2000 calories a day, try to cut out processed foods as much as possible (also have been slacking since I had so many parties these past few weeks sigh)
I plan to: Further grow out my hair at least to my waist, build a haircare routine, remove my unnatural color from my hair, wear contacts more regularly than glasses, go to the gym regularly, try meal planning, dye lashes and brows. I would like to thank everyone who has helped me so far, I couldn't have done this without all of you! More to come!
