Retinol or copper peptides?

im 14 im leaning way more towards retinol, and should i do microneedling with that does it need it? if i cant micro needle does the retinol still have its full effect??

no you shouldn’t do micro-needling + retinol since it’ll just over irritate your skin. you can for copper peptides but it’s not that worth it since your levels are already at its highest,
