Ive recently come across the reverse pull headgear and i was wondering how i could get one pit on, i have seen some online but i think you need an orthodontist to do it for you, if i can do it diy lmk but if i cant then i need ways to get one

I can definitely see how i could easily mess up my face, doing this , if i were to ask for one would i say the same thing as you would for mse or what would you say

I do have slight breathing issues when i close my jaw all the way while sleeping and i do have a pretty bad maxilla so idk but thanks for the help
