Reversing down growth

Can any surgery fix or mitigate downward growth, don’t have bad ccw rotation, but just downgrown from mouth breathing, long midface as a result and Asian pheno

I think rather than fixing it, the mitigating factor is more important, chin projection seems to be one, alongside grooming tips like hair growth which can mitigate it

Personally I don’t think that your downward growth is extreme by any means, and chin projection would help a lot… meaning like genioplasty or chin implant

I was thinking, midface augmentation (paranasal, infras) rhino, genio, but do you think a smaller nose would fit me better or a nose with more structure

Rhino is tough because it’s so important to look at ratios etc… even just the slight dorsal hump removal would help… I plan for rhino as well

Ah, where do you plan on getting that? I have my eyes set on clinics in korea as they offer the appropriate ethnic rhinos, do you think a radix augmentation would help

Why specifically bev hills? Is the certification at those clinics enough to compensate for the insane upcharge
