Rhinoplasty day 2 Update (with photo)

My appointment is in like an hour or so

Im swelling quite a bit more than yesterday

My throat is VERY sore from the tube and stuff being down my throat
i have like no appetite ( i had some pineapple today at 5 am to hydrate me)
very groggy from the pain meds ( percocects)
Let me know if you have any questions
(especially about yesterday and the anesthesia)
my lips are extremely dry.

Update: i spit a blood clot out and my throat doesnt hurt anymore thank god
I feel no nausea, didnt even take the pills they perscribed

All i currently feel is the splints in my nose which are quite annoying but not horrible i also feel the stitches like the TINIESSDT bit but they literally do not hurt at ALL

Pain 1/10
Discomfort 6/10
i couldnt sleep for a few hours but then i fell asleep around either 5-6 am and slept until 8 which felt amazing

Yeah! Its been pretty decent no actual pain.
If i had knew how much it would hurt before i did it i wouldnt definitely still do it.
Its like having a cold

Oh! If ur asking how it felt actually going into the operation itself i have quite different perspective then most people


Growing up ive been picked on quite a bit for my nose so this meant a lot to me and its something i’ve been waiting for.
My surgeon looked at the inspiration photos i gave and actually said their impossible (for my nose) because he said i have a BIG nose so i was like sad. He said he would get it as small as possible though so after that i was more excited.
It looks rly good in the cast rn!
My feelings were/are definitely Excited yet nervous

My nose was very very big before and something i really hated.
I would definitely reccomend it tbh the healing is simple

Plus, if it goes well i could tell u my surgeon ( it was priced very fairly his quotes for rhino start at around 9k!!)

You can have one at 15-16 if you had ur period around 2-3 years prior thats when your bone development slows

My parents also consented ofc
