^^
Do not train your obliques, I assume you want your rip cage to be wider in order to create a V-Taper, training obliques will do the opposite, it will make your waste look extremely blocky and are incredibly hard to shrink

yeah ik its bad for v taper but it does widen the ribcage

@Wilk Got any methods or exercises for this?
I saw it growing once I started doing exercises that makes the muscles betweens the ribs hypertrophiate. It felt as a toothing for ribs. As time passed, my ribcage became so developed that I gone from a total petite to a jow Rogan ribcage.

At the time, I did mostly push ups, chest exercises, running, and had a poor form at back machine in a way that may had helped.

The bad side is that I lost a little but of my shoulders wide, because my ribcage grow more, making the "extra" shoulder width decrease.

I was developing a thread about exercises that would follow both Wolf's and
Hueter-Volkmann Law. Your last messages gave interesting info that I will use to improve those exercises, thank you.

Alright, I'll try that. But I guess we also need a way for the clavicles and scapula too.
