There are muscle between the bones of your ribcage. In the phrase of development, it is possible to expand it by hypertrophy on those muscles that will create a force on the bones for them to remodel it self overtime. How do I make my ribcage bigger?
^^good posture, train obliques, intercostal muscles, chest and abs. also leanness will help with the illusion
yeah ik its bad for v taper but it does widen the ribcage^^
Do not train your obliques, I assume you want your rip cage to be wider in order to create a V-Taper, training obliques will do the opposite, it will make your waste look extremely blocky and are incredibly hard to shrink
why would he want a wider rib cage other than the purpose of a v taper?yeah ik its bad for v taper but it does widen the ribcage

I saw it growing once I started doing exercises that makes the muscles betweens the ribs hypertrophiate. It felt as a toothing for ribs. As time passed, my ribcage became so developed that I gone from a total petite to a jow Rogan ribcage.@Wilk Got any methods or exercises for this?
Alright, I'll try that. But I guess we also need a way for the clavicles and scapula too.I saw it growing once I started doing exercises that makes the muscles betweens the ribs hypertrophiate. It felt as a toothing for ribs. As time passed, my ribcage became so developed that I gone from a total petite to a jow Rogan ribcage.
At the time, I did mostly push ups, chest exercises, running, and had a poor form at back machine in a way that may had helped.
The bad side is that I lost a little but of my shoulders wide, because my ribcage grow more, making the "extra" shoulder width decrease.
I was developing a thread about exercises that would follow both Wolf's and
Hueter-Volkmann Law. Your last messages gave interesting info that I will use to improve those exercises, thank you.
