1. He posted a 17 year old (under 18)
2. He didnt know the age of the person at the time of posting it
3. He is 16 years old (younger than the victim)

He is a bad guy for posting a naked person, but everyone is assuming he posted literal porn of a small child. He says he is very embarrassed now that people misinterpret the situation and think this of him.

He said he will stand trial but most likely be excused of the crime.

He made a thread saying the police raided his house because he posted cp on discord, but didnt disclose that he thought she was 18+, she was 17, and that he was actually younger than the victim, so everyone now thinks hes the kind of guy to post those kinds of things of small children voluntarily.

I doubt it, things like this when the offender is also a minor is typically handled in a way that avoids being arrested/convicted, anything that stays on record forever

In the grand scheme of predators and other CSAM crimes what he did is pretty tame

There was something kinda similar that happened to someone at my school, police were involved because it is a crime, but that was only initially seemingly as a sort of “Look, what you did is serious and if you do it as an adult you will go to prison”

Ongoing I think he had mandatory therapy, was never actually arrested just in regular contact with the local CSO
