Hello everyone, I am a french Caucasian male of 31 years old. I am 174 cm 75 Kg 10% bf fit body. I already have done few surgeries last year and I will do more really soon. I am ready to ascend with what I have planned, getting a big surgery July 1st I will provide pictures when done and healed to get some insight.

My biggest flaws right now :

I have quite pronounced nasolabial folds, mainly due to volume loss in my cheeks. Over the past few years, I have become leaner and dropped some body fat while maintaining most of my muscle mass. Although my proportions improved overall, I inevitably lost some facial fat, water retention, and a bit of muscle volume. As a result, my face can look slightly gaunt, especially when I get close to 10% body fat or below.

My eye area is probably my weakest feature. I have noticeable under-eye bags, hollowing, and a negative canthal tilt, which I feel takes away from the rest of my facial aesthetics. The frustrating part is that I believe my underlying bone structure is actually quite good. I live a healthy lifestyle, have strong phenotypic contrast, a solid jawline, good facial thirds, thick hair, and striking eye color. While nothing is perfect, those areas are generally my strengths. The issue is mostly related to soft tissue rather than bone structure, which is why I have decided to undergo significant facial surgery in July.

I also have naturally hollow temples and a higher-set hairline. My hair is healthy, thick, dense, and I do not suffer from male pattern baldness, but my temples have always been narrow. Because of that, I plan to undergo a hair transplant in September to create a stronger and more balanced hairline.

After these procedures, I think I could realistically become a solid 7/10, perhaps even higher. It’s difficult to predict, so we’ll see. I plan to share my transformation journey. By February, the transplanted hair should be fully grown in, dense, and mature enough to evaluate the final result properly.

At that point, I will reassess my face objectively and decide whether any additional procedures would truly be worthwhile. I am not interested in chasing endless surgeries; I would only consider further work if it genuinely improves my overall harmony without disrupting the balance I already have.

That said, I expect the combination of eyelid surgery, temporal lifting, cheek volumization, and around 1,500 hair grafts to make a very significant difference. My midface should look much more supported, youthful, and balanced, while the hair transplant will help complete the overall look.
