so for a while i was frustrated that my hair was just straight and flat and had no volume to it but then i found these high potency vitamin c pills that you take two a day and it literally helped add volume and everything

and now that i finished it my hairs back to looking like dog shit

moral of the story take vitamin c

also i think it mighta even helped my skin a bit idk
