Shitty Ass problem. Plz help

So I have a bunch of pih on my face with no active acne it’s all flat btw but it looks like I have severe acne due to the marks and occasionally I get 1 2 acne on my face that creates a new mark that persists for 6 months at least. I have very mild acne occasionally so I can’t take acutane too because of no active acne . It is a fucking endless cycle some ver mild acne that fucks up my face. My dermat gave me some antibiotics and topical clindamycin phosphate and says pih will go away. Plz help me this pih is driving me crazy. I want the strongest drug there is

have you tried differin? For me it rlly helped and it's comparable to a very low tret dose
Will purge at first tho and skin gets flaky if no sunscreen

a close friend of mine did, once he stopped part of it came back but it was better than before anyways, he didn't experience the permanent darkening shit
