Should I do a cantus CUT?

I recently see a few threads about this. They say that you can improve your eye area by cutting a part of your cantus. Is this real or cope?? I dont usually belive this things but i needed to ask.

it does improve but its quite risky if ur a r****d
and u will have to do it often since it heals quickly

It’s not worth it cus if heals back and it’s risky you can get infected or become partially blind
