Your lips don’t look extremely thin, I think I’d say lip flip. If your lip filler migrated to your philtrim that would look pretty weird

Well your philtrim is long. You could honestly combine the two. You could try a surgical lip lift which will actually permanently shorten your philtrim and then get lip implants. Mark solution if my suggestions helped
