i have what i believe to be a slightly deviated septom. and i cant tell if my nose bridge needs less width or to be more down turned plz helppppimage.jpgyes ik i look like shit rn
 
Why do you have a Jamaican flag in the background?

Your nose looks fine. Just get a septoplasty, will make minor changes to the tip of your nose

“I look like shit” you are better looking than everyone here from what I have seen, excluding Nihilus who can be a male model
