Since I get told my lips are weird or that I "pout", should I get actual filler? Maybe I pout permanently out of insecurity or smth and I don't realise it.

It seems like lots don't perceive lip fillers as a big deal. Even supermodels might have got it done.

as long as it doesnt end up comically big then its good but most of lip fillers end up making u look goofy
