I use head and shoulders shampoo every second day and I condition my hair with head and shoulders conditioner everyday

try cutting it down to shampoo every 3 days and only conditioner when shampooing, also dry shampoo if your hair really gets greasy
And for styling try a high quality clay combined with blow drying for shape
