I'm in like Junior year (i think that's what its called in america) and for a while I've been trying to balance gaining mass (I am 165 lbs atm) whilst also having athleticism. But I always either end up not eating enough and losing body mass ever so slightly, or only eating enough to the point where I plateau again.
And I was wondering if I should invest in going on the track team again this year (It's worth noting that last year I got fuckin Smoked in the 800m, but I made good friends and saw a lot of track baddies)
Especially with the fact that I'm also doing martial arts now, which has actually been increasing my endurance/athletics.

So I guess TL;DR the real question I'm trying to ask is;
Should I try again for the track and field team this year, knowing that I am better and more prepared this time around, but also having to increase my caloric intake by a lot because of it and Gymmaxxing?

Or, should I instead not bother and focus on perhaps going into wrestling/grappling along with the martial art I'm already doing (kickboxing)

Did you also have practice early in the morning? Last year we had to pull up to the school around 6:30 am or something for tha practices even tho it started at 8:00 am

When it comes to kb I only have the practices at like 8:00 at night. i'll have to check the actual track schedule before I can make a REAL decision.
