0.5mg/kg/d or 1mg/kg/d while eating it with a fat + >1G fish oil + Second gen anthistamines. As well as wearing sunscreen all the time and carrying aquaphor

im being srs tho i do 80-120 all it does is make your face red

been taking it for 3 years now at 20mg (because I blast and had acne as a teenager too), only did me good. no liver toxicity as I take NAC too. just drink a lot of water

Accutane is generally a last result. If you have done the highest dose of Tretinoin and it still hasn't worked then I would move onto Accutane. Tretinoin is a retinoid so it takes some time to go into effect, patience is a virtue.
