New acne after my acutane course how do i fix them

Got acne and lota closed comedines so my dermat told me to get some perilite and klenzit but im thinking about taking tretinoin and azelaic acid.Wanna get skinned alive any advices how to make my skin clean after taking acutane cus it didnt help ig,any advices

dude the amount of shit ive tried and i still have some acne i think imma just start wearing makeup as soon as i got off accutane my skin broke out
