Should i use topical minoxidil on my eyelashes

I was thinking about using Latisse for eyelash growth, but after learning about its potential side effects, such as periorbital fat loss and hyperpigmentation, I considered using topical minoxidil instead. My question is whether it would be as effective for eyelash growth and whether it could also cause side effects in the periorbital area, since I really can't afford to lose any fat in that area

i out it in my eyelashes for like a month i think and it lwk didnt do anything for me and just burnt so its not worth it

You cna use oral minoxodil or the ordinary eyelash and eyebrow serum lacks the ingredient which makes you lose fat amd grt hallow eyes

maybe i'll make a thread about this

you can with an applicator if you're careful it's not getting into your eyes (it will burn if it gets in there and you'll know it)
as for visual side effects, not much is really proven to happen
it's a vasodilator, it will not kill fat cells, or make the region darker
thing is,
i don't think it's going to be very helpful

the enzyme that activates minoxidil (SLUT1A1), is 13 times less present in eyelash follicles compared to hair follicles of the scalp
and for local use, this is mostly the only activator

you're better off applying it elsewhere and wait for a systematic response or just take it orally
