I feel like so much of the community decides to call certain methods or techniques “cope” without even trying them. I’m not talking about things like a skincare routine (things that are cope because better things with the same level of convenience exists, tret or accutane in this case), but stuff that has (some) actual science or a relatively decent (even a very questionable) theory behind it, yet are still called cope. This is a hot take, but so many people are dismissive of thumbpulling and zygo pulling without ever trying it (To be fair, I’m not going to try it either as bigger zygos will make my harmony worse), but how do you know if it works if you don’t try?
Tbh this is just my thoughts I’d like to know what everybody else thinks about this topic.
