I'm a distance runner so my body is already pretty skinny, 184 cm (6'1ish) 71kg (156lbs), any way to lose face fat specifically?
if ur bf% is low and face isn't defined that's just bone structure. only way to lose face fat is to lose body fat overall.

Hmm I see, all my face fat is mostly at the bottom around my jaw, front view looks fine. Is it about mandible structure?
could be, but it's prob mostly genetic fat storage. ur hyoid also looks low. an Ortho would ascend u ngl.

yo is there anything to do for hyoid that isnt just cope
unsure tbh, i've heard of proper tongue posture and high-speed jaw opening exercises and shi, but don't know for a fact:

"Our results demonstrated that high-speed jaw-opening exercise resulted in increased elevation velocity of the hyoid bone during swallowing, indicating its role in effectively strengthening the fast-twitch muscle fibers of suprahyoid muscles. Furthermore, since the rest position of the hyoid bone appeared to have improved, this exercise may be especially useful in elderly individuals with a lower position of the hyoid bone at rest and those with decreased elevation of the hyoid bone during swallowing, which are known to be associated with an increased risk of aspiration."
