im in a calorie deficit

still havent dropped any significant weight

im really convinced now that being fat is purely genetical

like, do you really believe that EVERY skinny person on earth is just skinny because they dont eat above their daily calorie limit?

the tendency to become fat is indeed determined by your genetics

theres a very high evidence that certain fetal estrogens (like estrone) an also BPAs are one of the main reasons for genetic obesity

around 50 genes are related to obesity, most of these genes are dysgenic and relatively "new" genes caused by our dygenic modern diet

a german doctor named Dr. Gunter Frank who published many articles about health and obesity

he came to the fact that our bodies thermo dynamics are far more complex than the typical "calories in & calories" mantra

"there are processes going on in our intestines of which we dont have any clue, not one single diet study could really provide any long term data, the average obese person will not be able to lose weight consistent in the long term"

"theres no plausible cause of obesity other than genetics, theres also no real proof that the concept of calories does apply to our bodies anatomical laws

this is most likely the reason why some people can eat a huge calorie surplus an stay lean, while other people remain fat even if they are in a calorie deficit

while youre struggling to lose fat, chad and tyrone stay lean while eating pizza and drinking soft drinks

Did you ever get your thyroid checked? As it turns out, hypogonadism and hypothyroidism have extremely similar symptoms.

.

I couldn't find the ones on .me, but supposedly having good thyroid hormones is essential for testosterone synthesis, and supposedly it suppresses estrogen?

Too much estrogen stops t4 to t3 conversion.

Fun fact: t3 UPREGULATES androgen receptors, but downregulates estrogen receptors.

Dieting never had any effect on my body

Exercising does

Ive lost almost 50kg within 8 months just by gymcelling and boxing

And ive ate even more worse at that time than before

I have a somehow f****d up thyroid, my thyroid goes full berserk if i just workout 10 minutes

I get intense hot flashes and sweating just by going up the stairs

why you just dont inject test and gymcel like any decent person your high pren t landwhale

Anerobic (i think for low blood sugar) and Aerobic (for high blood sugar) exercise is the key for controlling blood sugar for T1Ds.

Eating one meal a day has worked for me. It’s easier to trick your body into a calorie deficit if you do so

Eating one meal per day might work for you neoples

But humans should eat more meals

@Buddy Boyo is like very convoluted in his explanation. You cannot overcome the properties of thermodynamics so calories in must be less than calories out in order to lose weight. Truth be told, if he was wasn't losing weight despite the exercise he was consuming too many calories for his energy expenditure. He must have overestimated his expenditure and underestimated his intake. He never mentioned here if he weighed his food to the gram for every bite that went into his mouth. In the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is king, don't listen to this man just because he proposed to know more than his followers.

The body is not a closed-static system

And yes, in order to lose weight, calories in must be less than calories out

BUT

is your body willing to accept that deficit?

Or does he start to slow down his metabolism along with spiking his insulin and lipid levels, in order to protest?

Losing weight is all about your bodies ability to burn energy

Ask yourself this question:

Is every skinny person on this earth skinny just because they eat fewer calories than they burn?

Is every overweight person on this earth overweight just because they eat more calories than they can burn?

No they arent, that would be an absurd asumption

When people get older they start to gain bodyfat even when their daily calorie count doesnt change

If you take big amounts of T3, you can literally eat 10k calories a day and still lose weight

In general your body has only a limited time window per day in which he can burn fat

Ive recently started to eat "normal" again, i dont count my calories in anymore, and on most days i eat in a surplus.

But i dont gain any weight either, my weight remains the same

I wont waste my timr anymore going on heavy diets which dont yield any results

I will look into specific chemicals which inhibit your bodies ability to store fat

You can into DNP (2,4,-dinitrophenol) but people have died taking it.

If you DM me I’d be happy to help you out… I could write you up a decent plan but you’d need to be extremely disciplined. I would just need your weight/height.

You speak nonsense, man.

Will not read, man.

High protein diets are a meme

High protein always requires high fat

High protein alone can make you pre diabetic

Why do you even wanted to lose all that weight?

You had such cute suckable titties :(

what I posted was like NOT advocating for high protein diets! you have poor reading comprehension pal it was about evenly spreading out your daily protein intake through the number of meals you have in a day
in fact the studies i posted had people consuming a daily protein intake of about 85 grams
like the point is if your goal is to consume for example 90 grams of protein in a day you should split it evenly by having 30 grams per meal for a total of 3 meals as opposed 60 grams for meal #1, 10 grams for meal #2, and 20 grams for meal #3

my ex broke up with me because i was an unattractive fat f**k but being in a calorie deficit along with taking test and clen saved me

hypogonadism and hypothyroidism can make weight loss like very difficult but it can still be done
ask your doctor for testosterone and levothyroxine
then make sure you are in a 200-300 calorie deficit
do heavy resistance training in the morning and go for long 3 mile walks in the evening
eat large volume foods that contain low calories, this video is good for that
