I have pretty good face skin, not the best but not the worst. The only thing is is that my skin is extremely thin. The skin on the rest of my body is the problem. It's discolored like every where and practically looks grayish green but my chest always gets red. I don't suffer from a bunch of body acne, but do have KP unfortunately. Hyperpigmentation even tho I'm white. It just all looks very dull. What should I do or take to even out my skin. I see so much advice for face skin but not for body

You might hve food allergies that cause skin flare up. Ever thought about trying carnivore diet?

sounds crazy but cutting out sugar really helps

Idk I did that allergy test at the doctors and don't have any food allergies. I just have rlly sensitive skin ppl r always pointing out random red spots on my neck but literally if I just touch my neck it'll turn red. Haven't tried carnivore diet. Might do the sugar thing

Doctors dont know shit about fuck. Are you sure its not eczema? but yea sugar or hormones lol

when I started lowering my Dyhydratestosterone a bunch of old scars started appearing on my face. Skins weird

While I cannot imagine what u mean by greyish green, I have KP and also have a lot of hyperpigmentation from mosquito bites, this routine helped me basically eradicate all of that.

In the shower, I use a Japanese nylon washcloth with a moisturizing body wash to wash my body everyday, be mindful of the body wash you use. They can dry out the skin and make KP worse. Maybe every 1-2 days I use a kessa mitt/italy towel. It helps slough off the dead skin and I get compliments on how soft my skin is all the time

Post shower I use tretinoin, I currently use .05% but it rly depends on your skin. It increases the cell turnover, it helps w stretch marks too.
I also use hydroquinone for the super stubborn post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. Be super careful w hydroquinone bc it can cause ochrinosis if used incorrectly. It is a spot treatment, not an all over the body treatment, be mindful w application. To maintain the hydroquinone results since you cannot use it for longer than 3 months at a time while you cycle it, use Azelaic acid to maintain the results. After that I use lotion like Eucerin.

I forgot to mention that when I didn’t have to tret and hq, when I did my nightly skincare, I would use the excess toner and serum on my hands and put it on areas like my chest, arms, and legs.

Yeah rn my shower routine is cold water, dove antibacterial bar soap, African net sponge (not the real ones unfortunately) and then I used the intensive repair eucerin. I'm intrigued by the kessa mitt and tretinoin on body. I worry my skin would freak from the hydroquinone tho

Yeah the hq is optional, you can get rid of hyperpigmentation w the tretinoin alone. Azelaic acid is also a tyrosinase inhibitor so it’s a great alternative for hq or for maintaining it

I have dry-combo skin in a desert so my skin soaks every fucking drop of toner/serum up 😭 I'm trying glycolic acid on my neck tho for wrinkles/hyperpig

Girl you might be lowkey turning into a zombie
Bro ☠️ i can't describe it like I'd have to use a picture because it just looks translucent. I have a big green vein where my under eyes are and people have always pointed it out. I thank my mom her veins are very visible too

It looks like an in-between of the top and bottom image this is deadass the closest I could find to my coloring

Brutal. I don't use shit on my skin and everyone says it looks nice. My face on the other hand is a little sad. I'm using facial cleansers rn

I get a lot of compliments on my skin but half of the time I have makeup on so I feel like a fraud. I have visible smile lines and pores but strangers will come up to me and say my skin is very good. I invest a lot of money into my face tho so I guess it's working idk. But I feel like it looks weird as fuck to have a good face completion and your body is fucked
