Skin Care Routine?

I need some legit skin care routine cuz shit is getting worse day by day
 
I would post Nibba's skincare routine but his yt channel has been taken down.

  • Caveman regimen
My routine
  • derma rolling once a week
  • Wash face with soft water and organic soap daily
  • Apply salicylic acid when a breakout occurs
  • Clean up your diet
  • Sweat a lot when you exercise
  • Eye cream for tear troughs

do u use any exfoliators for like blackheads and shit

Yes exfoliate but for blackheads I use a tweazer or fingers to get it out. Then I rinse with cold water.
You can also use nose strips...... don't really work imo
