Within the past few years, my skin has developed a condition known as eczema.
It reached its peak last year with skin around my body becoming fuzzy and boily. However,I had managed to return my skin to its normal stage through the use of eumovate- which is a strong steroid.
Ive been following a strict routine since my skin has returned to its normal "phase":
1. Hydrater
2. Moisturiser
3. SPF

- However, in recent times I have noticed that my skin is becoming dry on my face and hands despite consistently sticking to my routine.
Can anyone recommend products I can use that would be perfect for combination skin as well as not pigmenting my skin (like eumovate has done) which wouldnt make my skin drier than it already is.
I would upload photos but you can barely see the dryness due to my camera quality being extremely poor.

try avene xeracalm a.d or la roche posay lipikar baume only in PM since u have combination, and AM use a lighter lotion type of moisturizer, u can also add a hydrating serum or toner
