so right now I have a skincare routine (I currently use face wash and moisturizer 1-2 times a day) and have recently been trying to keep my hair off of my face at night, but I've still been breaking out slightly on my forehead, chin, and inner cheeks

is there something I'm missing besides like diet (which I'm also trying to fix, less sugar and whatnot)

skincare isn’t for permanent treatment, use 10-25mg of isotretinoin for 6 months and you’ll never have to worry about it again.
