My acne started getting itchy and i saw online that it’s probably fungal acne so i used anti dandruff shampoo on my face for a dew days and most of the tiny acne and itchiness has gone away

I also upped the azelaic acid to twice a day and tret daily so a lot my pimples are gone too and acne marks are looking better

I’ll post pics if i make good enough progress
