Here is a photo of my current skincare stack:

• CeraVe Moisturising Cream
• COSRX Low pH Good Morning Gel Cleanser
• COSRX Hyaluronic Acid Hydra Power Essence
• Goodal VITA-C Dark Spot Care Serum
• SKIN1004 Centella Ampoule
• 0.05% Tretenoin Cream

Am I missing anything / any improvements? What is everyone else using? Post them up!

fire imo don’t use the mostrutrizing cream daily tho bc it can mess up ur skin barrier.

oral is the most effective. Hg7 could mitigate the copper effects while still providing toxin protection, but I'd run HG7 for 3-4 months then try ghk-cu to see how you feel

also something i was wondering about hg7, is it meant to be permanently supplemented? or will that cause iron and copper deficiencies?
