Any methods or medication I can used to clear black head and pore on my nose? I can't get acutane and after putting hydrocortisone on my nose for a while I always randomly felt like a mosquito is biting the tip of my nose but it not mosquito it also irritated sometime help

get an exfoliating cleanser, or get a face scrubber for your cleanser and make sure you scrub on ur nose and wherever you get blackheads. I would also maybe suggest using an astringent like witch hazel on a cotton pad and using that.

Exfoliate ur nose 1–2x a week. Use double cleansing, then apply a 2% BHA serum and leave it on for around 10 mins before moisturizing. I also use a topical retinoid. Don’t use both at the same time tho, u gotta alternate them: BHA one day, retinoid the next, then take a recovery day to focus on moisturizing. Sunscreen is a must when using BHA + retinoids if u don’t want post-acne dark spots to get worse. If u notice some small breakouts after starting them, don’t panic, it can happen depending on ur skin, and I experienced it myself too.

just use accutane brah unless there is a health reason there is no reason to not just be on accutane at least just a low dose.

I have perfect skin except for my blackheads, and it’s weird, i’ll do the same thing every day but my blackheads noticeability still changes. One thing that’s helped me recently has been retinol. Sometimes they’re there sometimes not at all. The photo I attached you can skill see my blackheads, but they’re greatly reduced.
