u go to the hospital, they attach you some machine and then the next morning you give them back that shit

Can’t drick alcohol or take pills, they are gonna detect.
But I’m gonna try to sleep on bad posture and maybe use mouth taper idk

If your side is bad you might already have the 15 apneas per hour required though making sure you have bad posture is good
