Now ive been smoking for about 4 years now but started smoking daily 2 years ago. The thing that helped me lose weight from 130kg to 95 kg (286lb to 209lb) in the span of 5 months was: cigarettes (marlboros and chesterfields mostly) chicken breasts, raw eggs,raw cow meat (twice a week) and raw liver (also 2 times a week) my daily calorie intake was from 1200 to at most 1500 i never let myself go over 1500. But here comes the smoking part. Literally any time i felt hungry, smoking cancelled that out immediately, light a cig, hunger goes away for 1 hour, i got used to this diet within 3 weeks, but even after i did i would still go through a pack a day. And yes time to time i did have to eat slop but not frequently (once a week maybe)
