Smoking helps me cut down on weight alot

Now ive been smoking for about 4 years now but started smoking daily 2 years ago. The thing that helped me lose weight from 130kg to 95 kg (286lb to 209lb) in the span of 5 months was: cigarettes (marlboros and chesterfields mostly) chicken breasts, raw eggs,raw cow meat (twice a week) and raw liver (also 2 times a week) my daily calorie intake was from 1200 to at most 1500 i never let myself go over 1500. But here comes the smoking part. Literally any time i felt hungry, smoking cancelled that out immediately, light a cig, hunger goes away for 1 hour, i got used to this diet within 3 weeks, but even after i did i would still go through a pack a day. And yes time to time i did have to eat slop but not frequently (once a week maybe)

i used to smoke but quit after 6 months but unfortunately my cravings went crazy after quitting so i gained 15 kg (not only what i lost, but extra too) now i got back jnto smoking and im trying to lose it again without going back somehow ill figure it out, so yeah be careful cause short term has short term effect

Yeah ive heard of this. A friend of mine changed the habit of cigarettes, now when she feels like smoking, she eats a lollipop, she said and i know myself (it sounds stupid but i promise you it works) or a coke zero is she dosent have a lollipop
