ahh, but what do yall think about it tho?
 
my point is that it boosts hgh (ik its jus little) but the main point is blood vessels
 
so is eating healthy stuff but you probally think i meant the point about smoking negative

a tiny hgh boost doesn’t compare to the horrible nasolabial folds and skin quality smoking gives u
it actually makes you skin better to, expect u wanna live past the age of 40 and aslo my main point was blood vessels

Smoking can be good for voicecels but I would lay off it if you are dealing with acne or any skin issues in general as the smoke messes with your collagen temporarily which can eventually turn semi-permanent

The impacts of smoking in most people won't be seen till months later, and thats if you are an active smoker

If you just smoke when you are out with friends or with a girl, and in that case you prob just do one cig, then I think its fine, the minimal lung + collagen damage from that is quite negligible to ur overall health

The main issue I am trying to pushforward is that some people have collagen based builds, and smoking can REALLY mess with that, so I would stay away from heavy smoking or really actively smoking at all sometimes

I saw OP saying some cigarettes boosting GH or something in the replies? Smoking is 100% linked to higher test levels but also to higher cortisol and lower IGF1 levels, its again, honestly negligible like many other benefits / downsides of smoking, I think all the downsides / benefits it has on hormone levels average out it really doesnt do much lol, just messes your collagen and lungs up

also ive found smoking gives me bad sleep, but that might be just correlation not causation bc I smoke when Im drunk and when you are drunk you wake up pretty early, just giving my experience w that

Nicotine increases blood flow and oxygen circulation bc of the adrenaline but after the adrenaline spike is coming down it does the opposite of that and constricts those instead of increasing circulation

This is negligible and in terms of positive impacts, at the most this has no impact on long term health, and is actually one of the things that can be bad about smoking

If you are a chain smoker there is a chance it can mess with wound healing bc of the long term effects of constricting blood vessels, which can make u scar easier and messes with your collagen
