So i js pulled up to the doctors office

After calling them bravely and making an appointment right, FOR THIS EXACT TIME
and now they got a sign outside that says "well be back at 3:00pm " It's 1:36pm

So of course, I call them again and I can hear the fucking phone ringing inside the office its dark in there and no ones inside.
Im too far away to go home and make it back on time so now I gotta wait out here for an hour and a half

Im so confused too, like why give me an appointment for that time then??
