This might help u in some way

1 - being lean

If u are not already lean 12~15 atleast then

there is no actual point for debloating

So u first need to lean down to atleast 15% of bf max

A

Some drugs that could help u to get lean are

Reta

Bild_2.jpeg

And masteron but it’s very dangerous so I would say to take reta for no risks and side effects

2 -salt

Keep ur salt intake low daily about 1 g to 1,5 max and keep your potassium high about 3g~5g daily but do not take ptassium always because at some point it won’t work anymore because ur body will think it’s a

habit

Foods with high potassium

  • banana
Bild_4.jpeg

- avocado

Bild_5.jpeg

- salmon

Bild_6.jpeg

- red meat

Bild_7.jpeg

( if u want salt but don’t want the side effect of the bloats because of sodium u use Lo salt ) - costs exactly like normal salt

3- Vitamins ( supplements)

Vitamin C

Bild_9.jpeg

(Vitamin C may help reduce bloating by supporting digestion and lowering inflammation. It’s not a quick fix, but getting enough can support overall gut comfort)

Potassium and magnesium as said

Bild_10.jpeg

(Potassium and magnesium can help reduce bloating by balancing fluids and relaxing the digestive muscles. Getting enough of these minerals may ease water retention and support smoother digestion)

Vitamins B

Bild_11.jpeg

(B vitamins can support digestion by helping your body break down food more efficiently, which may reduce bloating. They also help regulate energy and stress, both of which can affect gut comfort)

as I said do not take it like it’s daily routine

Because at some point the body will think it’s a habit and it will not work that good anymore ( so start to use breaks like 3 days on and one day off )

Bonus +

4- caffeine (yes in short terms caffeine is very good for debloating )

Bild_12.jpeg

Caffeine is temporary but it works good it last for 2 hours to 3

( Caffeine can help reduce bloating by acting as a mild diuretic, which helps your body release excess water. It may also stimulate digestion, easing feelings of fullness)

Drugs

  • lasix furosemid( my favourite but it’s dangerous if u over dose or don’t know how to use it so im gonna explain u everything)

Bild_13.jpeg

Furosemide will debloat extremely quickly, within 2 hours generally.

If u buy the 40mg one then take 2 or 3 (80-120mg)

U will neeed 1,5 x ur body weight

For me it’s 1,5 x 70kg β€Žβ€‰= 105 kg as an example

(It reduces fluid in the body because it makes the kidneys release more salt and water, which lowers water retention)

That’s the whole guide I hope u read it

For now enjoy the Spanish song
