I'm going to go over the simplest softmaxes for people just starting and wanting to improve. because ill be going over simple things, I encourage you to do your own research on each.
SKIN CARE
There are a few soft-maxes that you can do for the eye area.
The lower third, 90% of the time, requires surgery but sometimes can be improved slightly with softmaxes if you're lucky.
If you have a wide or bulbous nose, there are a few things you can do to change it none are obviously as good as surgery, but still better than doing nothing.
For bulking, 0.7 grams of protein per pound of body weight is fine. For cutting, 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight is very important to not lose muscle. Maintaining 0.7-1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight is ideal.
FOODS TO PRIORITIZE
Getting red meats is important for overall health and gaining/maintaining muscle. Chicken breast and ground beef are usually the easiest options I've heard. Salmon is also good I've never tried it, though. Make sure to get a good amount of carbs, especially before and after a workout they will keep you energized. Fruits like bananas are a good option, along with crispy treats.
HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT WITHOUT GETTING HUNGRY.
Most people's biggest struggle with losing weight is that they get hungry and end up eating more than usual afterward. To prevent this, eating denser/heavier foods with lower calories is one of the best options. Most vegetables will be adequate also, potatoes are a good option,
KETO WILL KILL YOU
Keto diets have been proven to lower bone health and just slowly kill you.
WORKOUT ROUTINE
Working out 3 days a week with one day apart each day is the easiest first routine, along with getting cardio 2-4 times a day. PPL is a good starter split machines will be the easist form wise. For cardio just doing walking 20-60mins a day will be sufficient.
This is my first ever guide, and it's pretty shit, so if you have and recomendations to add or changes things lmk.
SKIN CARE
- Basic cleanser: like CeraVe will help improve the smoothness of skin.
- Hydroquinone: for discoloration.
- Micro needling: derm stamping will increase collagen production.
- Accutane: should only be taken for extreme cases if you're a women its much more dangerous and can cause birth defects in children.
There are a few soft-maxes that you can do for the eye area.
- Lumify: whitens your eyes, so if you have dyspigmentation like red/yellow, use it.
- Larisse: if you have short/thin eyelashes, it'll lengthen them, it can lead to uee, so be careful.
- Eyebrow grooming: just get a basic kit and shape your eyebrows to make them look cleaner don't go too thin.
- Minoxidil: if you have thin eyebrows/eyelashes, oral or topical minoxidil is one of the best options.
- Eyeliner: the easiest and fastest working option.
The lower third, 90% of the time, requires surgery but sometimes can be improved slightly with softmaxes if you're lucky.
- Hard chewing: hard chewing with your molars can help grow your mandible during development and grow your masseters, improving gonial width.
If you have a wide or bulbous nose, there are a few things you can do to change it none are obviously as good as surgery, but still better than doing nothing.
- Hydrocortisone: after applying it to the same spot of skin for a long period of time, it will thin the skin because of this, using it on a thick or bulbous nose can help shrink the size.
- Nose tape: opinions on nose tape vary any type of surgical tape will work. Apply it before bed.
