Dye your eyebrows darker and use serum.
Use serum for thicker hair and dye it a colour that looks good with the rest of your colouring.
Skincare, epiduo/accutane if possible.
Sleep enough.
Lose weight if needed (Cardio, calorie deficit, walking, 3L water a day ect)
Debloat.
Cut things with added sugar/honey (not natural sugar from fruits, milk ect)
If you are a foid like me don't be a makeupcel, only use mascara and lip balm.
Find out what colours suit you the best and wear it.
Don't act insecure, act confident even if all you want is to rope

This is why you don’t trust females for nutrition advice they either promote chia seeds,tell you to cut out sugar or tell you to eat grains. Maybe all together. Like fuck fuck if I see another r****d say “cut out sugar” I’m gonna mass shoot a marathon.

Yeah I did I was in ketosis for 3 weeks once and I have to say it’s the worst in terms of performance. There are millions of processes in your body,you cant blame sugar. Sugar dosent “bloat” you,Increase in BCL->insulin respone->insulin binds to kidneys->kidneys reabsorb sodium.

Yeah why not take your advice? Why not? Why should I lower my bioavailable IGF-1,lower thyroid function, have a weaker ATP output and more SHBG? Because thats what you’re doing with cutting off sugar,bad as fuck for development.

I'm talking about things with added sugar, not natural sugars from fruits and milk. Even if I tried to cut absolutely all sugar it would almost be impossible to eat anything besides seafood and meat

Artificial Sweeteners are carcinogenic,also not a carb. Every type of sugar.from fruits,breads,even the glucose in breads function metabolically the same. You could have at least said “avoid starches,grains and PUFAs” for example but when people think “cutting out sugar” they directly think nuking your carbs.

Brush your lips too It helps with contrast

Meat based diet maybe even raw with some fruits and not a lot of sugar

I already use in eyebrow and eyelashes, 4-5x a week before sleep. Got results in a few time. Recommend for all who got thin hair genetic.
