This is a guide is based on a combination of personal experiences, science and others claims. This guide won't include frauds (lip plumper, eye contacts, makeup etc.) This is based purely on my own research and I'd recommend anyone to do their own research before doing any looksmaxxing.

FACIAL HAIR

Facial hair can hide poor chin projection, poor jawline visibility and even philtrum length.

Someone with a good jawline and chin projection usually won't benefit from Facial hair.

SCLERA

Sleep - Sleep 8 hours of high quality sleep, don’t use devices 2 hours before sleep.

Eye drops - Reduces irritation creating whiter appearance

LASHES

Lash serums - I'd recommend the Ordinary Lash Serum which is also quite cheap.

Castor oil - A good natural way to grow the lashes by properly moisturising them which makes them look denser. Other benefits might be anecdotal.

Minoxidil - Most risky yet highest ROI. Learn to use it properly.

Lash Dye - Use only if you have light eyelashes. Be careful with this.

EYEBROWS

Brow serums - Once again I'd recommend the ordinary.

Castor oil + Rosemary oil - a natural way to grow your eyebrows. Rosemary is proven to promote hair growth but can be irritating on the skin.

Minoxidil - Best way to grow brows, results come quickly.

Dye - Dye them darker to create greater contrast and a more dense appearance

Shaping - Certain eyebrow shapes suit certain people. Straight or positively tilted is considered ideal. You can get this done professionally

Trimming - Trim any stray hairs using a tweezer.

Threading - Get eyebrows cleaned up professionally.

EVERYTHING ELSE EYE RELATED

Vollufiline - Can help with giving weak under eye support the appearance of being stronger. Potentially can help create aeygo sal. Can be used to create hooded eyes when applied to upper eyelid.

Caffeine serum - Brightens up eye area and tightens skin reducing eyebags

Kojic acid - Same as caffiene but at a much better rate. Can also be used on skin. Life saver imo

LAZY EYE

Eye patches, eye training or glasses most preferably can correct or improve lazy eye. The earlier you start the better.

SKINCARE

I'd recommend only applying skin care once a day and washing hands before routine. Anything outside of this list I'd suggest looking up what problem (what kind of acne, etc.) You're experiencing and looking up what products can help and looking up what people experiences with it have been + potential cons.

Accutane - Only in case of severe acne or in desperate situation. Not recommended for dry or sensitive skin. You can get this online or from a dermatologist.

Tretinoin - Best thing to use even if you don’t have acne but I'd also be cautious and think before use. Not recommended for dry or sensitive skin

Retinol - Great for acne scaring and aging my all around goat. Something I have personal experience with myself

Moisturiser - Yes even if you have oily skin. It's been proven to help reduce oil production. Use a gel moisturiser for oily skin and a creamier one for dry skin.

Sunscreen - This is something you're gonna want to splash money on. The wrong kind can cause acne break outs and some don't even correctly protect from the sun. I recommend spf + pa+++. Prevents aging and helps with acne scarring.

Cleanser - Helps get rid of dirt, important to not over use.

Pimple patches - Good for frauding (even though I said I wouldn't mention it) and can help speed up healing process.

Diet - Cut out sugar, cut out certain dairy products or decrease consumption (milk, cheese), cut out artificial sweetners, lower processed carb intake, consume fruit, natural sugars, vegtables, plenty of water, yogurts and meat.

LIPS

Exfoliating
- Can give the appearance of pinker lips. Also helps temporarily with lip volume

Vaseline - Do once daily with skincare routine. Great tool to use with other lip care products and an absolute necessity

Vollufiline - While controversial, something I've seen results for in myself. Adds volume to lips by promoting fat cell production. Works for some might not for others

Hyaluronic acid - Helps with hydration causing plumper appearance

NOSE

Tacrolimus (protopic) - Can reduce nose inflammation. Apply a very small amount and use correctly in order to avoid TSW.

Weight loss - Fat can be stored in the nose which will go when you lose weight.

NECK

Neck training can create a more masculine appearance and helps with proportions.

WEIGHT LOSS

Calorie deficit is the only way to lose weight. Cardio can help with this process by burning calories and therefore increasing the number of calories you can consume all while still losing weight. I'd recommend a 300-500 calorie deficit.

JAW

Mewing - This isn't entirely cope it does help during development and mouth breathing can cause health and developmental problems. Helps fraud hyoid too.

Gum - Chewing mastic gum can help train masseter muscles creating wider appearance and creating definition by tightening skin

CORRECTING ASYMMETRY

Sleep on back or higher up side. Another thing that can cause asymmetry is dental problems or resting on one side to often (placing hand on face, slouching onto desk, etc.)

All from google ai which you all love to use so so much (except last one)

Sleeping on one side can create pressure on the face, potentially leading to creases and wrinkles in that area. This could make existing asymmetry more visible or create the appearance of asymmetry over time.

While the nose does have some fat, particularly in the tip and supratip areas. Also just look at my 600lb life mfs they have fat in their forehead ffs

Yes, some eye drops can temporarily make the whites of your eyes (sclera) appear whiter by reducing redness. These are often called redness-relieving or eye-whitening drops.

Vollufiline is something I've seen results for in myself which helped correct asymmetry and add volume to lips. I've posted eyes before if you care about proof. There are mixed studies so calling it cope or not is both as equally stupid but there'd be more reason to call it not cope as it likely has the potential to work sometimes.

muscles= roundness. you do know some people get hollows by simply injecting botox into their masseters right?

Chewing will always build bone especially at stress points of the masseters (gonial angle), the masseter hypertrophy can be good to some extent for some people with weak masseters, but yes overtime you would have to botox them to avoid the chipmunk face and reveal underlying bone

Yep my friend got too big masseters and now we call him Steve cuz he has a square face

Masseter hypertrophy has been good for me at least, i dont really know until i get 12% bf, but yes you are right gonial flare, slight to neutral incline of the jaw, normal masseter - slightly above average masseter mass and leanness is law

One thing is careful with the retinol, dont apply it when youre too young and your skin has no significant problems it will damage your skin in the long run
